Following a successful sales & marketing career in the food & drink industry, Kirsty retrained in 2005 to become a shiatsu practitioner. Kirsty was fascinated by the body/mind connection and how our bodies become out of balance due to stress, unhelpful thought patterns and lifestyle. Indeed, Kirsty’s own journey began through stress, and she did not understand how many ways it can come out in our bodies – poor sleep, poor digestion, low mood, and irritability, to name a few.
Achieving a Diploma in Health & Wellbeing Coaching in 2022 enabled Kirsty to consolidate all her skills. Health coaching is a great way to get practical help and advice about your health and reduce potential health risks.
Kirsty is also a qualified shiatsu practitioner and a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and Chair of SHE SCOTLAND, working with young girls and women to improve their life chances.
